This article is for administrators. Users should head to this article to configure individual Team Shares.
In the web portal’s Organisation Dashboard, click the Shares tab. The Team Shares page displays.
In the Team Shares page, click the ‘plus’ button:
The Team Share Settings page displays. In the Team Share Settings page, type a descriptive name for the Team Share, choose whether subscribers’ content will have Auto-Locking enabled, and whether email subscriptions are allowed. You may also wish to include a description:
In the Subscribers section, choose the Share’s subscribers, and where they can access it from:
In the Invite Subscribers section, type the email addresses of full users (paid) that are outside of your organisation, to be invited to the Share:
Click the Save button when you are finished. You will be redirected to the Team Shares page.
