Using our document collaboration tool (available in Premium plans), you can edit existing documents, or create new ones, within the web app, without needing a separate desktop application or browser plugin.
Documents can be edited simultaneously by multiple people, who can see each and every edit in real time. The editor is familiar in layout and functionality to popular desktop applications, so very little user training is needed.
And just like in popular desktop applications, users can track and request approval for changes, and save comments to the document.
Plus, we’ve included a chat tool, so that users can talk through their work in a ‘SMS-style’ window.
